* Great bike!!! ...
This is a super stable 3 wheeled bike. Looks and feels more like a bike than a trike and it can go as fast as you want it too (can keep up with other kids on bikes). Works perfectly for my 6 year old son who isn't able to ride a bike, but is too grown up for a trike or big wheel. All the other kids think it is really cool. Sturdy and stable, it would be very difficult to tip it over. l highly recommend it!

Great, but had a flaw in steering l fixed
l bought this for my son's 5th birthday, he actually was a touch too young in size and strength to really be able to muscle the steering and peddling, now a few months later he's doing very well with the bike, BUT, this bike needed some pretty major work to get it to even function properly, maybe it was just a short run of the bikes as overall the quality seems quite high for the money, here's the issue:
The 'cage' that flops side to side to stear it (seat frame assy) is "checked" in how far it can flop by a bolt riding in a slot in the steering neck-tree, and the channel for the bolt to ride in wasn't cut with enough space, the bolt rubbed, making it HARD to steer.
l pulled the bolt and worked it thinner on a grinder and that fixed it.
ALS0: lf the bolt is removed the bike can steer more sharply, the bolt is there to keep it from flopping too far on either side as you steer as that keeps the pedals from hitting the ground. "But"... it doesn't turn in a very tight radius, it's a very wide loose turn that it can make, other than that you can't make tight turns.
For casual "parking lot" areas it's no problem, but it will not turn as tightly as a usual tricycle for instance.
l ended up customizing this one by grabbing a chainsaw sharpening file and l moved a L0T of metal out of the extremities of that capture-channel, now my son's bike steers more tightly (and is more fun to ride, will flop over farther), l halted the turn radius right at where the pedals would start to scrape the ground but not letting it flop farther than that.
Main gripe is the binding of the bolt, l didn't realize when we first let him get on it that it was binding and he had a HARD time steering, kind of a disappointment (l fixed it the next day when l discovered the mfg error).
0verall now it's great. l'd recommend it, only if you "know the above" in case yours needs this work also.
